Duck Soup Coop Board of Directors Meeting December 6, 2009 |

Present: Donna Ilsley-Jones, Peggy James, Leo Kurylo, Tania Nezrick, Ruth Peterson, Mary Helen Polensky, Patty Ruback. Absent: Cynthia Nelson
Tania Nezrick called the meeting to order at 4:05 pm.
Peggy James presented the budget and shared the assumptions. The third quarter was a poor quarter but the fourth quarter looks like it will be better. Leo Kurylo moved and Patty Ruback seconded a motion to approve the budget for presentation at the General Membership Meeting . The motion passed unanimously.
The proposal for By-laws changes were presented by Mary Helen Polensky who will present them at the General Membership Meeting..
Patty Ruback will report for the membership committee and the outreach committee.
Tania Nezrick will not be running for re-election. Amanda Montgomery wishes to run for that position. Patty Ruback will run for re-election.
The meeting was adjourned at 4:50 pm.
