Duck Soup Coop Board of Directors Meeting December 5, 2011 |

PRESENT: Peggy James, Amanda Montgomery, Ruth Peterson, Mary Petruchius, Mary Helen Polensky, Patty Ruback
ABSENT: Ashe Del Valle
Tania Nezrick called the meeting to order at 6:10 pm.
The minutes from the November meeting were approved upon a motion by Mary Helen Polensky, seconded by Patty Ruback.
The agenda for the General Membership Meeting and the nominating process were reviewed.
The budget proposal for 2012 was presented by Mary Helen Polensky on behalf of the Finance Committee. Polensky moved that the budget be recommended by the board for adoption by the membership. The motion passed unanimously.
The Outreach Committee reported that the week of December 18 there will be cookies available for shoppers and members who are crafters will be invited to schedule times to set up a table for sales.
The next meeting will be the Long Range Planning meeting on January 16, 2012. (Third Monday) It will be a potluck and held at Peggy James’ home at 6 pm. Bring a dish to share.
The meeting was adjourned at 6:43 pm upon a motion by Polensky and seconded by Ruback.
